DO NOT send us an email to cancel your Subscription.
To cancel your Subscription to Simple Market Signals, please log into the “My account” section of our website (located at the top right area of the site) using the User ID and Password you established when you Subscribed to Simple Market Signals (or your updated User ID and Password if you made any changes since Subscribing).
Once you are logged into the “My account” section of the website, click on the words “My Subscription” (should be highlighted in blue on left side of screen when you are logged in to the My account area).
Once you click on the words “My Subscription”, you will be taken to a screen that will display the details of your Subscription. Near the center of the “My Subscription” screen you will see a green button with the word “Cancel”. You can cancel your Subscription by clicking the green “Cancel” button.
If for whatever reason you cannot log into the website, or you choose not to cancel your Subscription in the above manner, you can call us to cancel your Subscription between 9am and 5pm EST, Monday through Friday, at the phone number provided in one of the Newsletters you received as a Subscriber.
If you are due a refund, a refund will be issued within 4-6 weeks from the date of cancellation.
