If you cancel your Subscription during the first 14-days, during what is considered the “14-day 100% money-back guarantee RISK FREE trial period”, we will refund the full $19.95 (nineteen dollars and ninety five cents, U.S. currency) you were billed when you subscribed.
After the “14-day 100% money-back guarantee RISK FREE trial period”, refunds will be prorated for cancelled Subscriptions.
For the life of your Subscription after the “14-day 100% money-back guarantee RISK FREE trial period”, refunds will be prorated for cancelled Subscriptions.
Refunds are calculated based on an annualized Newsletter delivery of 52 Newsletters per year.
Refunds are calculated as follows:
We will take your monthly prepaid amount of $19.95 and multiply that by 12 months per year to arrive at an annual rate.
$19.95 X 12 months per year = $239.40 annual
$239.40 divided by 52 weeks per year = $4.6038
Each Weekly Newsletter is priced at a rate of $4.6038 for refund calculation purposes.
If you cancel your subscription, we will calculate any refund due as follows:
What was your latest renewal date? (last prepaid date)
How many Newsletters have been issued during the prepaid period after your last renewal date?
We will then take the number of Newsletters issued after your latest renewal date and multiply that amount by a rate of $4.6038 per Newsletter to arrive at the amount of prepaid funds you have already consumed for that prepaid period.
The balance of prepaid funds not consumed, subtracted from the prepaid amount of $19.95, will be your refund.
Example: If 3 Newsletters were issued during the prepaid period in which you cancelled your subscription, your refund will be as follows: 3 Newsletters issued x $4.6038 = $13.81 of the $19.95 prepaid amount has been consumed. $19.95 prepaid amount minus $13.81 consumed =$6.14 refund due (representing the amount of prepaid funds that were not consumed during the prepaid period in which you cancelled your subscription).
Maximum refund amount = $19.95, based on a subscription cancellation at the beginning of a billing period, prior to any Newsletters being issued for the prepaid period.
If four (4) Newsletters were issued during the prepaid billing period prior to you cancelling your subscription, AND there are four or more days remaining on the prepaid billing period, then a refund of $1.53 will be issued: 4 Newsletters X $4.6038 = $18.42 of $19.95 consumed, (AND four or more calendar days remain during the prepaid billing period) your refund will be $1.53 ($19.95 minus $18.42 = $1.53)
If less than four (4) calendar days remain during the prepaid billing period, no refund will be issued.
The minimum refund issued for any cancelled Subscription will be $1.53
If Subscriber has been issued more than four Newsletters during the prepaid period in which they cancelled their Subscription, no refund is due.
If your payment for the upcoming prepaid period fails, your Subscription will be cancelled.
If your Subscription was cancelled due to a failed payment, no refunds will be due for any prior prepaid periods.

One Newsletter issued: $15.35 refund
Two Newsletters issued: $10.74 refund
Three Newsletters issued: $6.14 refund
Four Newsletters issued: $1.53 refund (assuming four or more calendar days remain during the prepaid billing period at the time of cancellation of Subscription)
Minimum refund: $1.53
Five Newsletters issued: No refund due
Refunds will be issued to the credit card on file for the Subscription you have cancelled.
Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for refunds to be processed.
